As ONCU Global, we visited a manufacturing facility in Germany that develops machinery for packaging and box production. During the visit, we had the opportunity to observe firsthand how the company has been affected by the recent economic downturn in Germany.
In the meetings held, the company’s current situation, the challenges it faces, and its expectations for the coming period were discussed. Following these contacts, the company requested consultancy support. Due to confidentiality principles, the company name is not being disclosed.
As the ONCU Global team, we have begun our preparatory work for the consultancy process to accurately analyze the company’s needs and create a feasible roadmap.
